Welcome to GovTech Explore where we will learn and discuss new places to innovate, this time we will focus on an AI-gallery. You will get the chance to find out more about the science and ideas behind AGILS and how it can be used to create public value.

AGILS (AG Immersive Ab) is a Malmö based start-up focusing on diversity, innovation and engagement. AGILS helps to create ideas and dig out insights not otherwise uncovered. AGILS has been used for example in city planning for innovating how to radically reduce CO2 emissions and in connection to recruitment and retention of diverse workforce. AGILS is a science-based 3D virtual multiuser collaboration and co-creation environment built on patented game technology.

Eija Mäkirintala

PhD (Behavioral sciences), CEO of AG Immersive Ab, Executive coach.

Eija possesses substantial experience in working as a consultant, trainer and coach with small and large organizations. She has artistic background (professional musician) and she is a leading expert in coaching and arts derived methods. Eija wrote the first coaching related doctoral thesis in Finland (University of Helsinki and University College London / Institute of Education)

Licentiate of Science (Tech), MSc (Econ.), CTO of AG Immersive Ab.

Olli-Pekka has substantial experience in working with software technologies, business and strategy development and corporations, including 10 years at Nokia. Olli-Pekka's background is in software, lean and agile methods as well as quality and sustainability.
